Thanks for being part of the conversation. I’m curious about how to manage remote teams that work across time zones. Does your team have an effective way to manage this? Or is it an everyday problem that still needs to be solved?

So far, my team has mostly remained in similar time zones, but I can see that potentially changing in the future with some of my team (maybe) planning on taking short sprints in other countries.

What are the disadvantages you see so far?
